After seeing my work graduate collection in a review in The Skinny magazine, The Royal Standard gallery contacted me. Alongside 3 other artists I was asked to produce a collection of sculptural, interactive pieces that aimed to question how emotions can be explored through our senses. Building on my graduate collection ‘MOTION’, I created a collection that explored the sense of touch and movement. I created much larger rings that were suspended on the wall and were designed to be taken off, touched and moved around. Each tube contained a different amount of balls; two magnetic pieces could be found either side of the rings and these could be used to move and pull the balls around inside the tubes. This exhibition was a great success and it was interesting to work with more sculptural pieces and see how my jewellery could influence this process. https://the-royal-standard.com/programme/light-blue/
